That poor neglected starving caterpillar LOL

I did finally get back and finish the VHC elements. I have added some different stuff, some felt elements, an epoxy frame, some word elements, braid and brads, and some astro turf photo corners LOL – just for fun. The elements are here. There is also some ric rac, which I didn't include on the preview. Our copy of the book had gone MIA for a while, but was discovered during Monday’s big clean up. We have just finished reading Enid Blyton’s Far Away Tree trilogy and last night started Roald Dahl’s BFG. Always a challenge with his invented words.

Free Funky Patterned Paper for VHC

Okay funky is a bit of a stretch. Here are the final patterned papers for VHC. It is a pupil free day today for my son, so he is sitting beside me playing a Dora game. I can only take so much of her I have to be honest. Thankfully nearly time to go and get DD from pre-school.

My first QP freebie

I have made a QP out of the layout above. No title no text obviously LOL. The fonts are Two Peas Goofball and Crazy Pooch (www.twopeasinabucket.com). The rest is from VHC kit. More of that to come, rest of the patterned papers, elements and fonts. Unfortunately the housework and some work is getting in the way of the fun stuff.

Bit Late Tonight - Plain (textured) papers VHC

I am a bit late posting tonight. Here are the plain papers for the VHC. They are textured like a Bazill paper. I have decided I really don't like one of the patterned ones and want to replace it in the next bundle, so will post those tomorrow.

Freebie Patterned Papers for Hungry Caterpillar

These are the first 4 patterned papers. They are textured like the Bazzil papers I love so much. I was playing with patterns and also trying to make a gingham style using a lower opacity on the stripes. Freebie - Very Hungry Caterpillar Starting Today

One of my favourite children's books is The Very Hungry Caterpillar, by Eric Carle. Our copy is well thumbed and much loved by our kids. I also like his bad tempered lady bird ! So I was playing with some stuff to do some layouts for the kids, and got carried away a bit, so I thought I would share them here. There is a frame to start and will bundle and post the other stuff over the coming days.
