The Brush - An example

This is the brush I made from the skip footprints - I have called it footprint splash. I wanted to have a go at turning it into a brush so I could use it for scrapping piccies of the kids stomping in puddles and stuff. I am not sure how I went with saving it into its own abr file - so can I please ask patience and tolerance from people downloading. If there is a problem just leave a comment and I will have another go at it. The nasty comments left by some when there was a glitch with the stripey paper in another kit were really unnecessary - I am totally upfront that I am not a designer, just a new digi scrapper learning PSE and sharing any results I think people might like. I do this because I have been amazed and overwhelmed by how generous the digi scrapping community is in sharing not only items made but the knowledge of how to do this. I am trying to give something back in return. So please, a little tolerance if there are any glitches.

Best wishes,
Erika

Erika - I can't believe that someone would leave nasty comments - how RUDE! Just ignore those people and know that there are MANY out there that truly appreciate your work and think you are doing a great job, even when there are glitches with files - it happens to the best of us! I'm your biggest fan! ;o)

In the world of computers, internet, downloads and uploads there are bound to be problems. It is just unbelieveable to me that people, who are by the way getting something for free, will be so rude when things do go wrong to complain about that. Obviously these people do not know what real problems are. Please know that for those 1 or 2 people there are many, many of us who appreciate what you do. It is so cool that while you are learning you share your accomplishments with every one of us out here in the digi scrapping world. And I for one would like to say a great big THANK YOU for that.

LV Mommy - Hi - the frame is in the bits and bobs download in png format in the skip colours, you could easily change the colours. If you are not sure how, then just drop me an email, or check out the tutes at Hummies World, Misty Cato or Pineapple Plantations on re-colouring and using brushes. I avoided them for a while, but finally just jumped in and had a go, the tutes made me feel more confident. The big thing that made a difference to me was whether to put them on a new layer or not.
Best wishes,
Erika
